INSTRUMENT CALIBRATION

The company has at its disposal adequate competencies and laboratories suitably equipped for performing the calibration and verification of sensors and instruments measuring the units: temperature, relative humidity, pressure/vacuum, torque, force, dimensions and electric units. Since 1992 our laboratory has been accredited as LAT Center no. 060 for temperature measurements. Our company furthermore handles the calibration of any instrument, in cooperation with other laboratories. Main activities directly performed are listed in the following.
Calibrations in home laboratories:
  • Calibration with certification according to LAT accreditation of thermocouples, resistance thermometers and connected instruments, in the range from -80°C to 1100°C.
  • Calibration with traceability of sensors and instruments for the measurement of temperature (in the range from -80°C to 1200°C), relative humidity, pressure/vacuum, torque, force and electric signals.
  • Calibration with traceability of instruments for dimensional check.
  • Characterization of thermostats and Peltier junctions.

Calibrations and checks at customer's plants:
  • Calibration of instruments and sensors for the measurement of temperature, pressure/vacuum, relative humidity and electric signals.
  • Verification of the uniformity and stability of temperature and humidity of furnaces, thermostats, baths, cells, climatic chambers, etc.
  • Calibration of the instruments of welding machines and plants.
